1. Nature of the Service

TrainPact is an intermediary platform that helps athletes and trainers arrange fitness coaching. The open beta provides public registration, profile discovery, written offers, planned delivery milestones, and in-platform messaging. TrainPact does not collect, hold, or transfer money while its payment infrastructure is being updated.

2. Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate, current information. Before publishing a trainer profile, we may review experience, specialties, identity information, and supporting documents.

3. Open-Beta Program Selection

An athlete may directly select a program or accept a trainer offer. The open-beta record shown as a “purchase” in the dashboard:

Does not request card or bank details
Does not charge the athlete
Does not create a paid order, escrow balance, or trainer receivable
Does not require separate trainer approval; the trainer may cancel if unable to start
Is recorded to measure demand at the stated price and product usage

Real payments may be introduced only after the appropriate commercial structure and payment provider are ready, under separately announced terms.

4. Written Offer Terms

A trainer records response time, check-in frequency, and delivery scope in each offer. During open beta these records test the product experience and expectations; they do not create payment or automatic refund rights.

5. Issues and Review

Users can report issues concerning offers, communication, or delivery. These reports help assess product quality. Because no money is collected while the payment infrastructure is being updated, no financial refund or balance decision is made.

6. Balances and Withdrawals

Actions taken while the payment infrastructure is being updated do not create pending or withdrawable trainer balances. Cash withdrawals are not available.

7. Messaging

In-platform messages are recorded and may be reviewed when resolving issues. Athletes may send up to 30 messages per day. Moving platform communication to WhatsApp or another external channel is prohibited.

Community Content

Community questions, answers, and uploaded images may be public. Anonymous questions hide identity from other users, while admins retain access for safety and moderation. Personal diagnoses, prescriptions, medicine or supplement sales, off-platform contact details, and guaranteed-result claims are prohibited.

8. Prohibited Conduct

Presenting beta purchase interest as a completed payment
Providing false or misleading information
Using another person's account
Sharing unlawful content
Threatening platform security

Accounts that breach these rules may be suspended or closed.

9. Limits of Responsibility

TrainPact provides an intermediary and product-validation service and is not responsible for the quality of coaching between a trainer and athlete. It does not operate payments or escrow while the payment infrastructure is being updated and does not promise guaranteed results or unconditional refunds.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced by email or platform notification. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
